Working on the New HW recording

We are deep into the new recording.  Just got Emmett singing on Melvern Talyors's It's Not My Fault.  Little bit more to do on Paquito.  Last Sept we got Gonzalo Bergara into the studio to lay some trtcks down.  Maggie is in the booth right now harmonizing w/ Emac on Fault -- nice.  Will post the song list asap.. The pic is of engineer Tom Blain and our newest little buddy, Islay (pronounced eye-la, like the scotch whisky)

Just a quick note here to let you all know that the Democrats of Dane Co will be having a gala celebration at The Brink Lounge on Friday Nov 9.   Congrats to Barack Obama, Tammy Baldwin, Mark Pocan and all the hard workers -- That is the good news.   The not so good newss is that the Wail will not be at The Brink on Friday Nov. 9.  See you there on Dec 4 for a show with the wonderful Jessica Fichot and on Friday Dec 7 for the Wail's special holiday show.  Thank You All

Hi All -- here we are in Lancaster PA.   Great start to the tour last nite at the Midtowne Scholar in Harrisburg.  Small but super enthusistic crowd.  Guess it was record breaking for thier Thurs nite music schedule.  Had a wonderful meal (b4 AND after the show) at Crawdaddy's - highly recommended.  Looking for breakfast now, then a rehearsal - gonna get Emmett's Tune, Posh de Wash and Peace of Mind (SDP originals) back into the repertoire and clean up Maggie's Tango - she is still not sure what to call it - any body have any ideas?  Right…

H Wail 25 year birthday bash thanks you's

            The 25 year birthday bash could not have been better! Many thanks to all of you who came out - it was a completely packed house (barn).
